The standards that guide our work.
Our code of conduct sets expectations for ethical, respectful and accountable behaviour by people working with and representing Youth Minds Foundation.

Respect and inclusion
Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Do not discriminate, harass or behave in ways that undermine the safety or dignity of others.

Safeguarding and professional boundaries
Protect children and vulnerable people from harm. Uphold safeguarding standards, maintain appropriate boundaries and prevent sexual exploitation and abuse.

Integrity and conflicts of interest
Act honestly and ethically. Disclose conflicts of interest and avoid using a YMF role for improper personal gain.

Confidentiality and responsible communication
Protect confidential information and communicate responsibly. Respect privacy and the dignity of people represented in communications.

Responsible use of resources
Use organizational resources for their intended purposes and maintain appropriate accountability.

Reporting and compliance
Raise concerns about misconduct through appropriate channels, cooperate with relevant procedures and comply with organizational policies.
